Will you remove items in a good condition for free?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer free collection for any items. If you have something that could be donated or sold, we recommend contacting a local charity shop.

How soon can you remove waste?

We offer morning, daytime, and afternoon slots, just pick the option that works best for you. Dependant on availability we may be able to offer same day waste clearance if you call our office.

My waste is inside the house, is that okay?

Absolutely! Removing the waste is a big part of our service. Leave your waste wherever it is, and we will take care of the rest.

Why wouldn't I just hire a skip?

Our waste clearance service is a great alternative to skip hire. With us, there is no need to do any of the manual work. Our team will collect your waste from wherever it is. You would either need to fill a skip yourself or pay someone else to do it.

There is often a lot of waiting involved with using skips. Whereas we turn up and collect everything, usually in one go.

If you do not have private land for the skip, then you may need to obtain a permit. You will also need to adhere to your local councils’ rules with regards to lights and signage. We can pull up and have your waste removed, in most cases within the hour. And you do not need to lift a finger.

Where will my waste be taken?

All waste is taken to and sorted for recycling. We guarantee that everything we remove will be disposed of legally and ethically and we provide you with the paper to prove this.

Why can't I take my own Waste to the to the tip?

The waste we collect goes to a commercial recycling centre. But you could use a recycling point in Plymouth. But using our service means you do not need to take the time to load your own vehicle. Then spend even longer queuing at the recycling centre. And you do not risk damaging your vehicle. We collect everything from where it lies, and you do not need to lift a finger.

Will you clear fly tipping?
